Collaborate with your team to work out ways to measure performance that they are comfortable with, then set targets for them to achieve on mutually agreed terms. By involving your staff in the process from the outset and getting their buy in on KPIs and rewards, you’ll get the right combination of incentive and remuneration that works for each of your employees.
